3. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or replaced. Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.
4. Order Confirmation Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Plést reserves the right to cancel or decline any order at its discretion, such as in cases of out-of-stock items, errors, or other concerns. Orders are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
5. Damaged Items
In the rare case you receive a damaged item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photo evidence. Our team will review the case and provide further guidance.

7. Alterations
We offer a one-time free alteration with each order. Additional alterations will incur a fee.

We ship worldwide via Aramex and DHL.
