Welcome to Plést. We kindly ask that you review our Terms & Condition before placing your order to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we do not acceptreturns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring sizing, color, and customization details are accurate before placing an order. Plést is not liable for any in accuracies provided at checkout.

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or replaced. Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.

4. Order Confirmation Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Plést reserves the right to cancel or decline any order at its discretion, such as in cases of out-of-stock items, errors, or other concerns. Orders are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

5. Damaged Items

In the rare case you receive a damaged item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photo evidence. Our team will review the case and provide further guidance.

6. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 3 weeks following payment confirmation.

We offer a one-time free alteration with each order. Additional alterations will incur a fee.

8. Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide via Aramex and DHL.

Estimated delivery times:

• 3–7 business days under normal conditions
• Up to 21 business days during high demand or holiday periods
  Note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by their country.

Plést reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage customers to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

مرحبًا بكم في Plést. نرجو منكم مراجعة شروطنا وأحكامنا قبل تقديم الطلب لضمان تجربة شراء سلسة وشفافة. من خلال الشراء من متجرنا، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية:

جميع المبيعات نهائية 1.
   نظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا المصنوعة حسب الطلب، لا نقبل أي إرجاع أو استرداد أو استبدال تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.

  دقة الطلب 2.
   يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية التأكد من صحة المقاسات، الألوان، وتفاصيل التخصيص قبل تقديم الطلب. Plést غير مسؤولة عن أي أخطاء تم تقديمها أثناء الدفع.

إلغاء الطلبات 3.
   بمجرد تقديم الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاؤه أو تعديله أو استبداله. يرجى التأكد من صحة جميع التفاصيل قبل الدفع.

تأكيد الطلب وتوافره 4.
   جميع الطلبات خاضعة لتوافر المنتجات والموافقة عليها. تحتفظ Plést بالحق في إلغاء أو رفض أي طلب وفق تقديرها، مثل حالات نفاد المخزون، الأخطاء، أو أي أمور أخرى. يتم تأكيد الطلبات فقط عند استلامك رسالة تأكيد منّا عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

المنتجات التالفة 5.
   في حالة نادرة استلامك لمنتج تالف، يرجى إبلاغنا خلال 48 ساعة من التسليم مع تقديم صور واضحة للمنتج. سيقوم فريقنا بمراجعة الحالة وتقديم التوجيه اللازم.

مدة تجهيز الطلبات 6.
   جميع الطلبات يتم تجهيزها وتسليمها خلال 1 إلى 3 أسابيع بعد تأكيد الدفع.
   يرجى ملاحظة:

   * قد تختلف مدة التجهيز قليلاً خلال المواسم المزدحمة أو بسبب التأخيرات غير المتوقعة في الإنتاج.
   * لا تشمل أيام العمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.

التعديلات 7.
   نوفر تعديلًا مجانيًا لمرة واحدة مع كل طلب. أي تعديلات إضافية ستترتب عليها رسوم.

سياسة الشحن 8.
   نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع أنحاء العالم عبر Aramex و DHL.
   الأوقات التقديرية للتسليم:

   * 3–7 أيام عمل في الظروف العادية
   * حتى 21 يوم عمل خلال فترات الطلب العالي أو العطلات
     ملاحظة: يتحمل العملاء أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب مفروضة من قبل بلدهم.

تحديثات الشروط 9.
   تحتفظ Plést بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. نوصي العملاء بمراجعة هذه الصفحة بشكل دوري للبقاء على اطلاع على أي تغييرات.
